From Obsession to Perfection
Founded in 2018 by Chef Kenji Tanaka, DAGANG RAMEN began as a humble food truck with one mission: to serve the most authentic, soul-satisfying bowls of ramen outside of Japan.
After years of training in Tokyo's legendary ramen shops, Chef Tanaka brought his expertise and passion to create a unique culinary experience that honors tradition while embracing innovation.
Today, we continue to push boundaries while staying true to the fundamentals that make a perfect bowl of ramen.
